CRISPR-Phage Interaction Prediction Using Bioinformatics

Interns will develop machine learning classifiers to predict CRISPR spacer-protospacer interactions and identify phage evasion mechanisms from genomic sequences. This includes feature engineering from sequence data and validation against experimental datasets of phage-bacteria interactions.
