Phage Taxonomy Classification via Genomic Profiling

Interns will build classification models using k-mer analysis, whole-genome alignment metrics, and protein homology data to automatically assign phages to taxonomic groups. They will integrate multiple data modalities to improve classification accuracy and create an interactive database of phage genomic signatures.
