Cofactor Regeneration Systems for Biocatalytic Processes
Interns will design and implement cofactor recycling strategies (NAD+/NADH, ATP, etc.) to sustain enzymatic reactions in bioprocesses and reduce production costs. Research includes screening cofactor regeneration enzymes, optimizing coupling reactions, and testing integrated systems in batch and continuous bioreactors.
