Flux Balance Analysis and Computational Metabolic Modeling
Interns will develop and analyze genome-scale metabolic models using constraint-based modeling approaches to predict cellular behavior and optimize metabolic pathways. Work includes model construction, FBA simulations, sensitivity analysis, and validation against experimental fermentation data.
