Interns will investigate chromatin remodeling, histone modifications, and DNA methylation patterns in dosage-imbalanced embryos using ChIP-seq and ATAC-seq techniques. This work explores whether epigenetic mechanisms provide compensatory responses or contribute to developmental dysfunction.
