Haploinsufficiency and Triplosensitivity in Developmental Signaling Pathways

Interns will examine how reduced or increased gene copy numbers affect critical developmental signaling cascades (Wnt, Notch, BMP, FGF pathways) using reporter assays, immunofluorescence, and in situ hybridization. The focus is understanding dosage thresholds for normal developmental progression.
