Bacillus and Clostridium Contamination Detection in Dairy Products
Interns will develop and validate molecular and culture-based detection methods for spore-forming bacteria in milk and dairy products. They will work on optimizing PCR assays, real-time qPCR, and traditional plating techniques to identify and quantify Bacillus cereus and Clostridium species at various processing stages.
