High-Content Screening for Neuroprotective Compounds
Interns will design and execute automated microscopy-based screening assays to identify candidate neuroprotective drugs using disease model systems. They will perform hit validation, dose-response analysis, and mechanism-of-action studies using multiparametric readouts including cell viability, protein aggregation, and mitochondrial function.
