Neuroinflammation and Glial Cell Activation
Interns will examine neuroinflammatory responses in disease models by analyzing microglial and astrocytic activation using flow cytometry, immunohistochemistry, and RNA-sequencing. They will measure pro-inflammatory cytokine production, study neuron-glia interactions, and evaluate the impact of neuroinflammation on neuronal survival.
