Organ-on-Chip and In Vitro Model Systems

Interns will design and fabricate microfluidic organ-on-chip devices that replicate organ-level functions including tissue-tissue interactions and barrier properties. They will conduct experiments to validate organ functionality, perform drug testing assays, and analyze cellular responses using live imaging and molecular biomarkers.
