Stem Cell Differentiation for Wound Healing Applications
Interns will culture and differentiate mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) or fibroblasts using biochemical and biophysical cues to promote wound healing phenotypes. Their work will include gene expression analysis, immunophenotyping, and assessment of paracrine factors secreted by differentiated cells.
