Surface Modification and Anti-biofilm Material Development
Interns will work on designing and testing novel material coatings and surface modifications to prevent bacterial adhesion and biofilm colonization on medical devices and industrial equipment. This includes evaluating nanoparticles, polymers, and composite materials using attachment assays and biocompatibility testing.
