Fungal Community Composition and Function in Soil Ecosystems
Interns will conduct culture-dependent and culture-independent analyses of soil fungi, including ITS gene sequencing and microscopic identification of fungal structures. The project focuses on understanding fungal diversity patterns and their ecological roles in nutrient cycling and plant-fungal interactions.
