Enzyme Inhibition Mechanism Characterization
Interns will investigate competitive, non-competitive, and uncompetitive inhibition patterns through systematic kinetic studies with known inhibitors. They will determine inhibition constants (Ki) and elucidate inhibitor binding mechanisms using double reciprocal plots and enzyme kinetics modeling software.
