Multi-Substrate Enzyme Kinetics and Mechanism Studies

Interns will investigate complex enzyme systems with multiple substrates using varied substrate concentration experiments to determine reaction order and mechanism (ordered sequential, random, or ping-pong). They will apply advanced kinetic analyses including isothermal titration calorimetry (ITC) to understand substrate binding interactions.
