Cell-Cell Communication and Quorum Sensing Circuits

Interns will develop engineered communication systems between cells using synthetic quorum sensing, cell-to-cell signaling pathways, and receiver-sender cell populations to create coordinated multicellular behaviors. They will design circuit logic, perform co-culture experiments, and analyze population-level responses using flow cytometry and microscopy.
