Synthetic Oscillators and Temporal Logic Gates

Interns will engineer biological oscillatory systems and temporal logic circuits that can generate time-dependent gene expression patterns or respond to sequential inputs. Work will involve designing repressilator networks or toggle switches, mathematical modeling using ordinary differential equations, and experimental validation through fluorescent protein reporters and time-lapse microscopy.
