Cryo-Electron Microscopy (Cryo-EM) Analysis of Viral Particles
Interns will participate in sample preparation, grid screening, and cryo-EM imaging of intact viral particles to determine high-resolution structures. They will gain hands-on experience with image processing software and 3D reconstruction algorithms to visualize viral architecture at near-atomic resolution.
