Viral Genome Sequencing and Structural Prediction

Interns will perform next-generation sequencing of viral genomes and use bioinformatics tools to predict secondary and tertiary structures of viral RNA/DNA. This includes analyzing sequence variations, identifying conserved regions, and predicting protein-coding regions and their structural domains.
