Drug Loading and Release Kinetics Studies
Interns will investigate methods for loading chemotherapeutic agents onto nanoparticles and analyze their release profiles under physiological conditions using HPLC and fluorescence spectroscopy. They will study factors affecting drug bioavailability, including pH-responsiveness and stimuli-triggered release mechanisms.
