Molecular Cancer Research › Nanoparticle Drug Delivery Cancer Treatment
In Vitro Cellular Uptake and Cytotoxicity Assays
Interns will perform cell culture experiments to evaluate nanoparticle internalization in cancer cell lines using flow cytometry and confocal microscopy with fluorescently-labeled particles. They will conduct MTT, LDH, and apoptosis assays to assess the therapeutic efficacy and cellular toxicity of drug-loaded nanoparticles.
