3D Tumor Organoid Culture and Characterization

Interns will learn to establish and maintain 3D cancer organoid cultures from patient-derived tissues or cancer cell lines, including techniques for scaffold-based and scaffold-free culture systems. They will perform characterization studies using histology, immunofluorescence, and gene expression analysis to validate organoid authenticity and tumor heterogeneity.
