Patient-Derived Xenograft (PDX) Organoid Development and Modeling
Interns will derive organoids from patient tumor tissues and establish patient-derived models that maintain genetic and phenotypic features of original cancers. They will validate organoid fidelity through genomic profiling and correlate organoid drug responses with patient clinical outcomes.
