CRISPR-Nanoparticle Complex Design and Characterization
Interns will design and synthesize nanoparticle delivery systems (lipid nanoparticles, gold nanoparticles, or polymeric nanoparticles) conjugated with CRISPR components. They will characterize these complexes using techniques such as transmission electron microscopy (TEM), dynamic light scattering (DLS), and zeta potential analysis to optimize size, charge, and stability for cellular delivery.
