Machine Learning Models for CRISPR Off-Target Prediction

Interns will develop and train AI algorithms to predict off-target effects of CRISPR-Cas9 systems using genomic datasets and sequence analysis. This includes feature engineering, model validation, and integration of deep learning approaches to improve specificity predictions for clinical applications.
