In Vitro Osteoblast Mineralization Studies with Nanoparticles
Interns will culture osteoblasts and osteogenic cell lines, exposing them to functionalized nanoparticles to assess mineralization outcomes using alkaline phosphatase assays, calcium quantification, and alizarin red staining. This research will determine biocompatibility and efficacy of nanoparticles in promoting bone cell differentiation.
