Surface Functionalization of Nanoparticles for Bone Targeting
Interns will explore chemical conjugation of targeting ligands (bone-seeking peptides, bisphosphonates) and therapeutic agents onto nanoparticle surfaces using established bioconjugation chemistry. They will evaluate binding efficiency and specificity through various analytical methods including FTIR and mass spectrometry.
