Electrospinning Optimization for Probiotic Nanofiber Scaffolds
Interns will investigate electrospinning parameters (voltage, flow rate, polymer concentration) to fabricate nanofiber scaffolds with optimal porosity and fiber diameter for probiotic bacterial adhesion and colonization. This involves characterizing scaffold morphology using SEM/TEM and testing fiber consistency across multiple production batches.
