Gene Expression Analysis in Nutrient Response
Interns will analyze how specific nutrients (vitamins, minerals, macronutrients) regulate gene expression patterns using RNA-seq data and bioinformatics tools. They will work with real datasets to identify differentially expressed genes in response to dietary interventions and interpret the biological significance of these changes.
