SNP Association Studies in Nutritional Phenotypes
Interns will conduct genome-wide association studies (GWAS) to identify single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) linked to nutrient metabolism and dietary response traits. They will perform statistical analyses on genotype-phenotype data to discover genetic variants affecting absorption and utilization of specific nutrients.
