In Vitro Mutagenesis and Plant Tissue Culture Integration

Interns will explore mutagenesis techniques combined with plant tissue culture systems, including chemical mutagenesis of cultured cells and regeneration of mutant plants. They will optimize regeneration protocols for mutagenized callus tissues and assess the stability of mutations in regenerated plants.
