Patient-Derived iPSC Generation and Characterization
Interns will reprogram patient fibroblasts into induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) from individuals with genetic disorders and perform comprehensive characterization including pluripotency markers and genomic stability assessment. This work establishes personalized disease models for downstream research applications.
