Induced Pluripotent Stem Cell (iPSC) Reprogramming and Characterization
Interns will learn to reprogram somatic cells into iPSCs using various methodologies and perform comprehensive characterization studies including pluripotency marker analysis, karyotyping, and quality control assessments. This work involves hands-on experience with molecular biology techniques, flow cytometry, and immunofluorescence microscopy to validate stem cell identity and functionality.
