Extracellular Matrix Characterization in Bone Marrow Niche
Interns will analyze the composition and structural properties of the extracellular matrix (ECM) in bone marrow using techniques such as histology, immunofluorescence, and mass spectrometry. They will quantify key ECM components including collagen, proteoglycans, and glycoproteins to understand their role in maintaining the hematopoietic stem cell microenvironment.
