Hematopoietic Stem Cell Culture in Engineered Niches
Interns will establish and maintain hematopoietic stem cell (HSC) cultures on reconstructed bone marrow niches and assess cell proliferation, differentiation, and maintenance of stemness. They will employ flow cytometry, qPCR, and colony-forming unit assays to evaluate niche functionality.
