Functional Assessment of Neuronal Activity in Organoids
Interns will conduct electrophysiological recordings and calcium imaging experiments to measure neuronal activity and network formation within developing organoids. They will analyze action potentials, synaptic connectivity patterns, and spontaneous electrical activity to assess functional maturation of neural circuits.
