Organoid Imaging and 3D Structural Analysis
Interns will utilize confocal microscopy, light-sheet microscopy, and image analysis software to visualize organoid architecture and cellular organization. They will develop and implement image processing pipelines to quantify morphological features, measure organoid size, assess layering patterns, and track developmental changes over time.
