Comparative Transcriptomics of Differentiation Protocols and Neural Subtypes
Interns will compare transcriptomic signatures across different in vitro neuronal differentiation protocols and various neuronal subtypes (dopaminergic, GABAergic, glutamatergic). They will identify protocol-specific artifacts, subtype-specific gene signatures, and optimize strategies for generating desired neuronal populations.
