Non-Coding RNA Profiling During Neuronal Development
Interns will analyze the expression patterns of miRNAs, lncRNAs, and other non-coding RNAs during neuronal differentiation using RNA-seq data. They will predict target genes, validate regulatory relationships, and explore the functional roles of non-coding RNAs in controlling neuronal lineage commitment and maturation.
