Protein Aggregation and Denaturation Monitoring

Interns will use UV-Vis spectroscopy and turbidity measurements to monitor protein aggregation kinetics and thermal denaturation profiles at 280 nm and 350 nm wavelengths. They will investigate how buffer conditions, pH, and temperature affect protein stability and develop assays for detecting misfolded or aggregated protein species.
