Protein-Ligand Interaction Studies Using UV-Vis Titration

Interns will design and execute UV-Vis spectroscopic titration experiments to determine binding kinetics and thermodynamic parameters (Kd, stoichiometry) for protein-small molecule interactions. They will analyze absorption spectrum shifts upon ligand binding and use computational modeling to extract binding constants from experimental data.
