Development of Rapid Screening Methods for Multi-Mycotoxin Detection

Interns will design and optimize immunological or biosensor-based screening platforms capable of detecting multiple mycotoxins simultaneously in food samples. They will validate these methods against reference standards and compare sensitivity and specificity with conventional chromatographic techniques.
