Molecular Identification of Mycotoxigenic Fungal Species

Interns will isolate and identify mycotoxin-producing fungi using molecular techniques including DNA sequencing, PCR assays, and genomic analysis. They will establish a fungal strain library with toxigenic profiles and create rapid identification protocols for contaminated food samples.
