Coarse-Grained Modeling and Multi-Scale Simulation Integration
Interns will build and optimize coarse-grained models for phase-separating systems to enable longer timescale simulations and larger system sizes. They will develop machine learning-based force fields and establish protocols for mapping between atomistic and coarse-grained representations using enhanced sampling techniques.
