Image Analysis and Computer Vision for Condensate Quantification

Interns will develop deep learning pipelines using convolutional neural networks to automatically detect, segment, and quantify biomolecular condensates in fluorescence microscopy images. They will work on temporal analysis of condensate dynamics and integration with biophysical modeling to extract kinetic parameters.
