Machine Learning Models for Phase Separation Prediction

Interns will develop and train neural networks to predict phase separation behavior in protein systems using sequence features and molecular dynamics data. They will work on implementing attention mechanisms and graph neural networks to identify key residues driving condensate formation and validate predictions against experimental observations.
