Drug Loading and Release Kinetics
Interns will investigate optimal methods for loading chemotherapeutic drugs (such as paclitaxel or doxorubicin) onto albumin nanoparticles and study their release profiles under physiological conditions. This includes performing in vitro release studies and analyzing drug-nanoparticle interactions using HPLC and UV-Vis spectroscopy.
