Interns will design and execute protocols for conjugating targeting ligands (antibodies, peptides, or folate receptors) to albumin nanoparticle surfaces using chemical crosslinking techniques. They will validate successful conjugation and assess targeting specificity through analytical methods like gel electrophoresis and mass spectrometry.
