In Vitro Cancer Cell Targeting and Cytotoxicity Studies

Interns will conduct cell-based experiments to evaluate the targeting efficiency and cellular uptake of drug-loaded albumin nanoparticles in various cancer cell lines using fluorescence microscopy and flow cytometry. They will also assess cytotoxic effects compared to free drug controls through MTT assays and apoptosis studies.
