Interns will design and optimize protocols for generating tumor spheroids from cancer cell lines using hanging drop, ultra-low attachment plates, and microfluidic platforms. They will characterize spheroid formation kinetics, morphology, and viability while exploring the effects of different culture conditions on spheroid heterogeneity and drug response patterns.
